An intensive two and a half day training course aimed at Account Exec/Senior Account Exec/Account Manager level focusing on developing and expanding the wider range of skills required day to day at Account Manager level:

• Managing Clients and financials

• Account Exec/Senior Account Exec/Junior Manager/ Account Manager up to 12 months after promotion to Account Manager

 Format

• Structured and interactive training sessions with both individual and small group exercises and use of scenarios to practice skills learned

• Opportunity to have individual critique of presentation style and technique

• Preparation task completed for each day of course in advance

• Post course tasks completed and submitted one month after the course to receive an MAAG Excellence in Account Management Certificate
