Gillian Ward is a HR professional with some 25 years successful experience and has worked across many industry sectors.  Since March 2016 she has been the People Director at RPM.   Gillian has a pragmatic and often innovative approach to people, engagement and culture in organisations and has a particular interest in performance, development and wellbeing.  She is strong believer in empowering employees to push forward HR initiatives themselves believing they have a greater chance of traction and success.  She is Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has three older children, none of whom seem to want to leave home, despite her best efforts.
