• A 28 year career predominantly in agency roles, but with some media owner and client side experience

• Worked for m/SIX, MPG, MediaCom, Initiative, TNT Post, Express Newspapers and culminating as Marketing Director at Bourne Leisure

• During Marc’s media career he has suffered from sometimes crippling Anxiety and Depression and this drives his passion for mental wellbeing for everyone

Mental Health

• Marc started Demolish the Wall in July 2017 with business partner Jon Waters, another ex advertising man

• We focus on awareness training through to management workshops through to legal workshops and therapeutic solutions

• We focus on the organisation and culture as well as the people

• Marc is a regular writer and speaker on the subject of mental health in the workplace
